Companies with at least 50 employees are invited to measure their performance in terms of professional equality on their website. This index is made up of 4 indicators covering:
Pay gaps between women and men,
proportional pay increase women / men,
percentage pay increase among women on their return from maternity leave,
the number of women and men making up the 10 most highly paid employees.
